Worst Customer Service Ever
It is impossible to ever reach someone if you received the wrong order or if they suddenly decide to cancel your order because they realized "it wouldnt be fulfilled in a timely manner."
I was not notified it was cancelled until I wrote an email to customer "service" asking why my order was overdue and wasnt even showing as picked up yet. For my trouble, they gave me $3. Three dollars. I had waited an hour for food which never came and now would have to figure out food somewhere else.
When I replied to the $3 email, I received only form letters in response--"always like to hear how we can improve"--rather than answers to my questions.
And that was just the latest nonsense. Time after time, Ive received incomplete orders, orders that ignored allergy requests, incredibly late (an hour or more) deliveries.
The Worst.
