Scam artists with horrible customer service
I ordered food from postmates from a restaurant that had a special for that week making the price significantly discounted. Postmates brought me the order with the receipt from the restaurant taped to the box that showed postmates had paid the discounted price. However, despite this postmates still charged me the full price. I contacted them through their support email to get a refund for the extra charge but they refused. Additionally, throughout my email exchange with them, every email I got from them was from a different person making it impossible to have a conversation about the issue. There is no phone number and they have since stopped responding. So basically they tried to hide the discount from me and then made it impossible for me to get the situation fixed...deleting app
