They don’t deliver the food, they keep the money and the double charge you!! Plus their customer number DOES NOT WORK!!

My coupons do not work. I get sent them from the company and they do not work

The Order was expensive for some French toast and a smoothie but that’s normal. However after repotting the $7 drink missing from my order, all I got was $2 for the mistake. That’s even less then I paid for the tip.

I never received my food I’m out of 30 dollars or more

In the last month Postmates has messed up every order we have placed, out of 10 orders between 2 accounts they have messed up every single one in one way or another, a couple of times they refunded less than the cost of the missing/wrong so I was paying for their mistake or for their drivers incompetence. They will steal your money

Eery time I ordered off this app they steal my food and the chat support are no help at all they take days just to help you. Worst app ever

Whenever there is an issue with a Postmate delivery, the person doesn’t look for the items or doesn’t read the notes. Postmate customer service does absolutely NOTHING about it. The customer loses out on money by paying high fees for a $2 item. Customer Service is horrible!!!!!!

Other apps are just better! On this app it gives me an arrival time but then they would change it to an hour later!

Love postmates for the occasional late night snack or quick and convenient way to have an item delivered if I forgot it at the store! :)

They are a good app to use! Never any problems.

Terrible app, difficult to navigate, difficult to find help, and when you do, find somebody to talk to they’re never helpful and rude. They cut off chats when there’s a difficult issue rather than talk to the conversation through. Tried to remain remaining professional with three chat representatives in a row and each of them just ended the chat rather than actually address the issue. I’ll never use this app again.

delivery is always late and they never have a resolution.

When you pay for priority a lot of drivers will pickup other delivery jobs on other apps. Postmates does NOTHING to prevent this and does not reimburse its users when drivers violate this agreement. I ordered a sandwich with priority delivery. Was an HOUR LATE. Mf picked up my sandwich went to a random persons house and then went to the airport. That driver had the nerve to tell me it was “an error in the app” 😐

I have been using Postmates for years, and if it wasn’t for the annual fee for the discount I would stop, but I haven’t found something better. Get ready to have your order canceled randomly, after you have already waited over an hour for your food. You will also pay for priority to see that your time is always extended far beyond what is estimated, and you can see your driver going to other locations instead of directly to you like you pay for. They never give you any explanation for why an order is canceled, and there is no monitoring or refund for your driver picking up other orders, or when your order is late, and you pay for the priority. If you don’t pay for priority, your food takes twice as long to arrive and is always freezing cold

The drivers replace items with more expensive items even when accounts are marked do not replace items without prior authorization. You will find this is the drivers scam to get a hit percentage of the tip.

I use Postmates ngl but when I went to pay for my meal I had a discount or whatever and I see after my discount I HAD to get Uber One bcs there was no option to pass it. And that when I js pressed get Uber one. Once I got that there saying that my discount don’t work.. like fix the app rn bcs I could have been paying way less then what I’m paying. Unless y’all js need the money then js don’t offer discounts. Good app but still laggy.

Have always gotten my order as intended, with respect

This driver left my foot outside of my apt complex. I clearly have both my apt number and code to enter and he left the food where the public can snatch it. This is not ok. What’s the point of adding the extra info if they aren’t gonna follow it. I am very upset!

Postmates is the last app I’d recommend you get they take hours to bring you your food and if your lucky you’ll get your food in a hour it’s just no good better off with DoorDash

None of the promo code Postmates sent to me works!! All of them are false advertisement! I contacted their support and was told that the coupon was deactivated?! But why does it still show up on my promo code page?! Why don’t they take it down??? BAD BUSINESS! Terrible!!!

Do not use Postmates. Rudest, worst customer service ever. I ordered $30 worth of food, the app confirmed it, the driver told me the store did not have the items in stock, I cancelled the order, and Postmates still made me pay the full amount. I used virtual customer service, then called, then spoke to a supervisor, and they told me that unless they initiate the cancellation, the customer has to pay. So I have to pay $30 for air. Horrible company that punishes their customers for errors on their end or on the end of their vendors. DoorDash and GrubHub treat their customers with respect and I will be exclusively using them from now on. I suggest you do the same if you are reading this.

Terrible experience every time. Takes 15 minutes minimum to try to tech support their terrible, counterintuitive app. This time I couldn't get the app to work & guess what Sugarfish, you lost a sale. I hope Sugarfish chooses additional delivery services.

Unable to use as address is not populating for delivery address

Twice, I ordered from a McDonalds that is 10 minutes away. The delivery time was 10-25 minutes. It’s important to note I live in a large city with 5+ McDonald’s within 20 minutes of my location. On 2 occasions, they changed the location I ordered from to one in a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CITY. It was the same location each time, and each time they dispatched a driver who was right next to the McDonald’s I had ordered from. This means the food sat under a heat lamp at McDonald’s for over half an hour, and arrived cold & dry at my house, well over an hour late. On top of it, the poor driver drove over an hour as well. I tried to cancel my order but they refused to give me a refund & speculated that I must have made a mistake, but I have screenshots confirming my original order. I ended up just telling the driver to keep the food.

Always add at least 30 mins to whatever the app says the delivery time will be, even if you select the priority delivery option.

Love apps

I stated my side gig with delivering with Postmates one November back probably 7 years ago to help with Christmas on top of my main job. I was making deliveries as fast as they would throw them at me. I did everything that was asked of me, followed the rules, always treated customers with respect and kept their orders in a fresh bag. Oh yea! Christmas was great that year and i kept doing it afterwards all way to February with no problem and suddenly my account was deactivated for no reason. Never had any complaints and support never gave me a reason why I was deactivated so I’ve never ordered from them or looked back since they’ve been getting steamrolled by the other competitors anyway!

This is by far the worst out of the food delivery apps available. Every single order I’ve placed has either been incorrect or taken substantially longer to deliver than anticipated. The worst part is their customer service is awful. They’ll send you from bot to bot and when you finally receive a human they copy and paste the same three sentences over and over. I’m finally fed up and deleting this app for good.

The customer support is not even responding, what kind of service is this?

They’re literally just ignoring me. The postmate stole $150+ worth of food, posted a photo of someone else’s food outside my house so it looked like he dropped it off, then left. Didn’t get any food. Contacted postmates for a refund and they initially refused because the food “was dropped off” then said they’d escalate the issue and now a week has passed with no response. If you like being robbed, this app is for you. It’s the same as Uber Eats too. They’re all trash and apparently thieves too.

I was housebound with broken foot and collarbone Postmates was my lifeline.

There is a common issue with delivery drivers marking food delivered and not actually delivering food and guess what customer support won’t issue refund to you so your money is stolen and no food. Test your luck if you’d like but I won’t be using this app again

None of the sand people that work for you can read so your order is literally always wrong
