They charged my card TWICE! one was pending and the other went through. Its 8 days later and the second is STILL PENDING. I contacted customer service with an auto response and it said there are pending charges for 5-10 days. Why would I have a second pending charge when I only ordered one thing!!! NEVER USING AGAIN!!!

FIRST OF ALL! They keep writing their own reviews! Second of all they stole $287 dollars from me!! They will double charge you, or buy things for themselves or tell you on the receipt that it was $12 and actually charge you $26!! This app should be SHUT DOWN!!!

I ordered from a restaurant that ended up being closed and the driver couldnt manage to go to another store to get the order for me. When I talk to the phone operator they told me they couldnt give me a discount for my next order claiming that "nothing went wrong with this order." Everything went wrong with this order! I waited for an hour just to hear the news that my order has been cancelled!!

You can order from other fast food places just type in the one you want.Although if you have an American Express card it wont work on the app anymore

App said 30 mins for delivery - then "3 mins" for about 30 mins after order was picked up from restaurant. Took over an hour to get order.

Use promo code EVVX to get free delivery when you sign up! Great service and the drivers are always prompt and polite. Yes, its slower than Dominos, but you can literally order anything from anywhere. On vacation we actually had hot food delivered to us at our hotel pool. No need to get dressed or even pull out a wallet. Just find a restaurant that looks good, input your location, place order, get food while floating in the pool.

It seems like its a great app but if you made it available in MY area that would be even BETTER

Do not believe the negative reviews. I use this app all the time and all my deliveries were within the hour and all my orders were correct. This app is very convenient to get deliveries from restaurants or stores that dont usually deliver. If your feeling lazy or hungover, just have a Postmate pick up whatever you want.

Lifesaving app for most of my shopping needs. Burrito or t-shirt doesnt matter.

I dont know if this is due to a software glitch or a new process. I used to be able to track the Postmate once delivery is accepted, but, am unable to do so since the last update in April 2016.

They state a delivery time. But each time the delivery time has been at least double. One time the delivered the wrong dinner. If you can wait all day for a delivery and accuracy doesnt matter, then order away.

San Antonio TX area. Once again this city cant sustain something convenient and easy. There arent enough couriers on duty to deliver anything. Usually its one to three drivers on the map and theyre hardly near me to pick up the delivery request. Maybe someday but as of now there just are not enough drivers for a city this spread out. Even the boosted prices, similar to uber or lyft, arent enough to increase driver circulation.

Postmates charge a preposterous amount of money to get what you need. I work 5 miles away from my favorite salad bar and Im basically paying the equivalent of my salad in delivery charge ($11/$13) One time out of two my order arrive wrong and theres nothing they can do beside giving you a refund which one will take 4 days to be back into your account. Theres not enough delivery agent and once I even had one of them changing my order without consulting me. Great idea, poor execution.... As a side note I wouldnt be surprise to see Postmates charging "surge" fee in a couple of months once they are comfortable doing so.

They keep writing their own reviews, and they never deliver anything other than food from certain restaurants, which they claim otherwise, which is stupid. Go use door dash instead. I cant believe this company is getting away with what it does. I used it twice. First it takes about 30 minutes to get someone to take your order. Then youre left with waiting for your food, and I understand it might take a while to get the food delivered but the customer service is horrible, if I have any questions about my order I have to email them which by the time they reply it is too late to edit ANYTHING on my order. The second you give them your card, youre done they wont reply and you just have to wait for the person to deliver your food. Once you do get your order which BOTH times had major mistakes or missing items, they tell you youve been charged $$ some amount which seems reasonable. Then you check your bank account and you freak out because the first time they charged me a few dollars more and the second time, they charged me literally 3 TIMES the amount that was agreed on. I emailed them and they acted clueless saying its how much the order must have costed which is ridiculous. They will ignore you. All my friends that used this had some kind of problem with post mates. I see that many others have the same problem so my advice is to use door dash!! These people are plain dishonest, notice all the 5 star reviews sound like ads-_-

The thought of having ANYTHING delivered on demand is amazing!! Its actually been amazing from time to time. But unfortunately, orders are rarely correct. This is a major bummer when you order dinner for two, and only ones order arrives.

Great if you want to spend 10-15 dollars on every delivery. Was once quoted 19.95 for a delivery less than 2 miles from my home. Outrageous
